BREWERY GULCH - THE MOST NOTORIOUS STREET IN THE OLD WEST.Bisbee AZ's Brewery Gulch (official name Brewery Avenue) was once infamous as the most notorious street in the Old West. Lower Brewery Gulch sported saloons, gaming halls and 'gentlemen's clubs'. The upper gulch comprised Bisbee's red light district with its prostitution cribs and opium dens. Today, the Gulch (Brewery Ave. and O.K. Street) comprises a unique shopping district, a must stop for tourists roaming Bisbee's Historic District.
